6-WEEK PRENATAL SERIES

YOGA YOGA has invited & She Moves to share this new prenatal movement series with the community, beginning MAY 6 - JUNE 17

This series provides a whole body approach to prenatal wellness, teaching movement practice that releases tense and overworked muscles while creating strength and support. Each class is a blend of yoga, Pilates and functional movement specifically designed to help women's bodies feel and function optimally during pregnancy, birth and postpartum recovery.

Participants will receive weekly follow up e-mails with foundational exercises to do at home as well as tips and tools to help prepare for birth, body, mind and spirit.

TOPICS COVERED:

-relieving back, hip and pelvic pain
-safe and effective training of the deep core muscles 
-reducing weakening of the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles 
-deepening awareness and connection to the pelvic floor muscles in preparation for birth 
-alignment and breathing to help prepare your body for a smoother birth
